Workforce Development Program

Fortune Avenue accepts high school interns who are passionate about improving financial literacy among youth. Interns may choose to work within one department, split their time between two departments, or serve as general interns with varied responsibilities. Our Intent

Through our Workforce Development Program, we allow high school students to experience a professional environment where they can build essential soft skills such as communication, administrative support, teamwork, time management, professionalism, and leadership. Interns are also given the opportunity to attend retreats, participate in events Fortune Avenue is invited to (such as pitch competitions) and engage in exclusive workshops.
