This department oversees curriculum development for our programs, virtual initiatives, and workshops. It is responsible for creating all program materials, identifying and coordinating with partner organizations, and facilitating program delivery. This is our largest department.

The PD&A Department manages all data collected through our initiatives and programs. It is responsible for designing surveys and data collection tools, analyzing results, and publishing reports for donors, potential partners, and other stakeholders. All reports are published on our website.

Finance & Fundraising
This department manages all fundraising efforts and budget allocation. Its responsibilities include grant writing, developing and monitoring budgets, tracking donations, processing reimbursements, and organizing fundraising events.

Marketing & Communications
This team creates weekly social media content for our Instagram account (@fortuneavenues). Responsibilities include developing LinkedIn content, event photography and videography, improving SEO, creating advertisements, and exploring the launch of a podcast.
