Our school year program brings financial literacy and career readiness directly into Boston’s high schools through an 8-week workshop series.
Led by undergraduate mentors pursuing a finance related major at Boston’s surrounding institutions, these bi-weekly sessions teach students how to budget, invest, and explore careers in finance—while also building the soft skills needed for professional success.
Workshops are hosted at partner schools and designed to be interactive, relatable, and culturally relevant. The series concludes with a capstone networking event that unites all participating schools and features a panel of professionals of color.
By the end of the program, students will:
- Understand key personal finance concepts
- Gain insight into investment strategies
- Explore real-world finance career paths
- Receive mentorship from college students in the field
- Network with professionals at our end-of-program event
Whether it’s during advisory, after school, or embedded in a class, this program meets students where they are—and gives them the knowledge and confidence to thrive beyond high school.
